After my first session I feel amazing. My postural distortions are gone. My hips, shoulders and legs are even as well. Pain I used to experience is gone and even while exercising I felt my entire body stabilized and working in unison. No weight shifts or pain etc. looking forward to many more sessions to make this a permanent feeling as I am incorporating exercise with it.
