Having put a liner in my sewer pipe to repair it, I am grateful I found Alphalete to fix a problem that developed. Several others said they couldn’t work on a lined pipe; call these guys first! Their whole team is courteous and wants to help at a fair price, welcoming questions and working with your schedule.
Had an emergency water heater replacement pop up and Alphalete responded almost immediately, providing a simple fast estimate after some texts and pictures. Estimated price was cheaper than other estimates we received with a heater that had better hot water performance and longer warranty. They showed up on time first thing next day to perform the replacement and got things up and running quickly with solid looking work and for the estimated price. We live in 96 year old house and they were able to line our very old and deteriorating sewer pipe without any digging. We are so glad this newer technology was available to rescue our home.
