Unfortunately the Alphalete customer service is horrible. When you try to shop online, have an issue, need to reach out and contact someone, no one ever answers you. You spend your important time on trying to give THEM money, and they can’t even respond to your messages, on social media or anywhere, in order to get help with purchasing some of their clothing items!
