Customer support has really gone down. I placed an order and had to reach out after a week just to be told my order wasn’t processed because an item was out of stock. Clearly no plans to tell me that, I guess they figured they would take my $200 and see what happens with stock in the future? After asking if I’d like the item to be refunded (I’m not sure why I wouldn’t but ok), I told them I’d like for the other 2 items to ship today (the 5th business day in my quoted 3-5 business days processing timeframe). Only wanted to try gym out and they “tell” you one thing and next thing you are being charge for so much more. NOT my type of gym for the price, or to be riddled into getting a membership for you to be trapped in and end up paying even more to get out. NO THANK YOU.

Unfortunately the Alphalete customer service is horrible. When you try to shop online, have an issue, need to reach out and contact someone, no one ever answers you. You spend your important time on trying to give THEM money, and they can’t even respond to your messages, on social media or anywhere, in order to get help with purchasing some of their clothing items!
