We love the back drop, we really wish we would have gone with 2 10' back drops instead of 1 20' back drop as it is hard to lift onto the tables we place it on. Ron J
Karen of Alpha Graohics was absolutely stellar. She connected as a human first, really listened to what my specific project was and transferred that to the back office to carry it out. She’s the reason they will have my return business!
Worst customer service, i dont know where these reviews come from but i didn't even make it past the front desk. I would recommend this company hiring someone in the front desk that has better training on customer service skills . Extremely rude and unprofessional.
