We are very happy with the quality of the service received from Alphagraphics. The booklets came out just the way we wanted, and have actually order them from the Cary office even though we subsequently moved to NY area, as we trusted the quality of the printing and paper. Furthermore, when the first set arrived damaged, and we reported that to Martin, Martin immediately responded that they will be replaced and re-sent to us free of charge. I contacted Alpha Graphics by email with several questions on how to finish and present a number of art photos. I was clueless. Thankfully, they were not. The response was immediate and positive. I dropped off the prints after discussing and choosing the preferred options. Within a couple of days I was notified that the order was complete. The results were stunning! The price was reasonable. I could not have asked for a better experience from start to finish. Future projects are underway.
The entire staff is responsive and easy to talk to. They also think outside of the box to make projects the best they can be!
