The communication and turn around time were great, but their products are CHEAP for a reason. We ordered two retractable banners with stands that are so light weight they barely stand on their own. A small breeze would blow them over and when they inevitably do fall over the connector that just "rests" on the banner edge (opposed to securely clipping in) falls off and the banner rolls back into itself.
