I had never used this AlphaGraphics location before, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing and unprofessional experience. I needed 70 funeral programs printed. I received a price quote over the phone, sent the file early that morning, and paid the full amount upfront even though only a 50% deposit was required. Later, I received an email from Lexi confirming they had my file and would let me know when the order was ready. Great service from Lexi, Cam, and Johanna! I was pressed for time on a project, and they said they would try their best to get it done by my deadline. I received a call an entire 24 hours BEFORE I needed it, saying they had completed the order! I am so grateful! The product came out perfect as well! Thank you!
