I can’t recommend him enough! I came in with a lot of lower back pain, including sciatic pain and what felt like tailbone pain. Not only did he help relieve the pain during the session, but he also took the time to teach me several exercises and techniques I can do at home to help reduce the tension and prevent it from coming back. 10/10 experience. Vincent is amazing at what he does, my body doesn’t feel like one side is leaning more to one side. I feel stronger, after the alignment it felt like I gained an inch of height and confidence
