I would not take my car any where else for tint but Alpha 1. Sam provided the highest level of customer service I’ve ever received. They really pay attention to detail and were so thorough with explaining the difference between the tints.
The work that gets provided for my cars everytime I come here is absolutely phenomenal,no matter if it’s a $2000 car to a million dollar car these guys just do outstanding work no matter what
I had ceramic coating done about a year ago in their SG location which apparently have closed down, and unfortunately it wasn’t done very well. When I reached out for a fix, the response was slow and communication stopped after a few days. A year on, the car scratches very easily even with normal washing, and the coating no longer provides proper water beading. Highly recommend Alpha1 for window tinting! They are the best in the business and take pride in their work. After a different tinting company done a horrible job on my Porsche, the team and Sam at Alpha1 fit me in the next day to install new tints that were also better quality. They knew exactly how to redo the tinting to not have any streaks or bubbles given Porsche cars are a little tricky. The tinting is perfect and I have had no issues. Definitely will be doing all my cars here in the future!
