Great vet, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Also very affordable in my experience
DO NOT TAKE YOUR ANIMALS HERE!!! If there was a way to do less than 1 star, I would do it. This place needs to be exposed. After ineffective treatment that they promised would work im now over $2,000 in debt and lost my pet. I promise that im talking to an attorney. UPDATE: 5/21/25 Well they dropped my GIRLFRIEND as a patient because they wanted to get mad that I made this review. This place also must think they're above the law. It's ok. Always caring, compassionate, and thorough!!
We switched to Alpha several years ago and have always been extremely satisfied with Dr. Z and the entire staff. My one criticism is that there is a new policy that charges $25 per cat for nail trims, even if the cat is there for an annual checkup. Previously, the trim was included with the exam. With three cats, that is an extra $75, and I am already paying $450 for annual exams and vaccinations. I've been here many times after taking in a sick kitten. I love it here, every vet we've gotten! They're very sweet, patient and gentle with my best friend. Very loving to every animal they get. I love the cats here too, especially Toby They've watched my Clippy grow up and he gets excited to go see his buddies.
