My family has seen Dr. Cox for our many animals for about 15 years and couldn't be happier with her. But let me tell you the REAL MVP at Alpha is Jeanette! Always gets things done, knows everyone, dry sense of humor, but the most compassionate when we have had to put our labs to sleep. I DO think Dr. Cox is a little high, but I can say she goes over and above to help find out what's wrong with your pet. Recently went here with my not so friendly cat(understatement) and was very impressed by the patience and kindness of all the staff, especially Dr. Cox. We presented 3 issues that were concerning us. She was honest and, most importantly, conservative. We left feeling great about our visit, not to mention that their fees are VERY reasonable.
The Laymans' love Dr. Reggie! She has always treated Ninja, Dyson and Willie with love explained all tests, results and costs to us. Her staff are excellent and treat our fur babies like their family.
Initially I thought Dr Cox was full of integrity until I realized I was being taken advantage and unnecessary exams were performed on my dog for things out of her specialty and I was footed with expensive bills at check out . As I called back to confront her of the cost and the lack of professionalism of not informing the patient of cost of things and requesting somewhat a refund she didn't cared and offered only a miserable 10% refund. I would give them 10 stars if I could! Took my bunny in for a checkup since she hadn't been feeling well. Everyone was so nice and accommadating and gentle. My bunny was well taken care of and sent home with some meds that made her feel better. Dr. Cox was absolutely wonderful as well as her staff! Will definitely be back for my bunny and future animal care. Oh and the prices were very affordable! Dr. Cox called a few days later to check up on my bunny! How awesome is that!
