Do not use this company - in March 2025 we used this company to clean our turf. They showed up and said their machine was broken, so they used “power brooms” which are glorified rakes. This didn’t clean or make the turf stand back up. We didn’t hear anything from them until today October 30th when they invoiced us for $349. For 7 months we thought because they didn’t do the job that we asked for that they didn’t think they deserved $349. From Blake who came out for the estimate to the guys who did the work it was a 5 star experience. Blake was great informative had samples and also informed me that in front of their office they installed the different turf with the names on the wall. The crew that came out were friendly, didn't get bugged by my questions and cleaned everything up. The office is also a friendly customer service place.
My wife and I had a portion of our backyard that we are at a loss on what to do with it. Alpha Turf NW was able to come in and help solve that problem. The whole process, from working with sales to the install team went extremely smooth. Once the project started it only took a few days to complete. They were easy to work with and very down to earth. We are so happy with our turf. We are excited to have people over to see our backyard and enjoy it with us.
A huge thanks to Kaela and Blake as well as the rest of the team at Alpha Turf NW! I went in looking for a roll of turf for a self-install of a backyard batting cage. They showed me some samples in the showroom, made some recommendations based on experience and my budget, and had the turf custom cut and delivered to my house the very next day!
