Excellent service! Was prompt arriving for my roadside service needs. He was very knowledgeable about the necessary repairs & fixed my tires quickly. Also, this business charges fairly! What a breath of fresh air!! Definitely “two thumbs up”!
I'm glad that I called this place. I was waiting for him to get to the shop to replace the coolant reservoir and once he showed up he worked on my truck right away. He is such a nice guy that will help you with your needs. Just call them if you need a service on your truck and trailer.
The alignment on my dumptruck went out and ate thru a steer tire, leaving me in need of 2 new tires asap. I called Alpha at 730am on a Saturday after trying a couple other place that never answered. He not only answered the phone but promptly met me with 2 new steer tires at a affordable rate and had me on the road in no time! Being a mobile service on a Saturday i fully expected to get taken on the price but no!! He was extremely fair on price and quick and friendly with service! Alpha Truck Repair is the best. was at TA and no one wanted to come by and fix our blowout except Alpha Truck Repair and this is thanks to the fact there shop was in walking distance from TA. 10 out of 10 service quick and professional
DO NOT USE THIS MECHANIC!!!! Scam on prices they charge $140 an hour until the job is "completed" if they take a break or go to eat lunch they are charging you he literally went to the parts store 3 times with the correct vin# and still got the wrong parts. !!!IMPOSSIBLE!!! Terrible customer service this man literally had an appointment with us between 6-7pm showed up a 8pm then rushed me to pay him thru zelle no conventional payment method. $1,587.84 to change a fan belt the tru definition of HIGHWAY ROBBERY!!!
