Feeling a little nervous about getting back into training Nikita makes you feel comfortable & welcome. He listens & understands your goals & needs. He also works around your busy schedule and is patient & understanding. Clean facilities with private one on one sessions & fun group activities for all levels to try as well. Highly recommend if you are looking for a personalised approach. Already seeing great results which keeps me motivated & happy
