The reason I went to Alpha Tire and Total Car Care is because I looked for the best reviews in reno on yellow pages. I recently moved to reno and I'm only 20 so I didnt know anything about my car or what to expect with getting it fixed at a shop. After my experience I know why they have such good reviews. Joe, John and the guys are, simply put, Awesome! I called various places regarding new tires for my car. Joe quoted me the lowest price in Reno. I went to have my front tires replaced, they completed this in an expedient fashion. John informed me that I needed new brakes for the front of my car and took the time to explain to me what was going on and they were basically metal on metal. I have no idea about cars. I know my Avalon abandoned me on the freeway and I got my car towed to Alpha Tire. I was scared to be ripped off as I was previously with other automotive dealers and I was very impressed. Usually as a women, all the other places I've gone to I get recommendations for things that my car does not need. I needed tire for my subaru wrx so I called around. John at Alpha Tire. He gave a excellent price on some Bridgestone tire. He had the best price in Reno. Plus he was real nice. They did a great job. I was very happy with their service.
John the manager is very nice and honest, I came in for an oil change by the best price in Reno, no coupon, only $19.99 for oil chance and tire rotation. John noticed that I needed, he took me to the shop and showed me brakes and measurements and he was right. He gave me excellent price and a life warranty. They did the quick and right. They sure have business from now on.
I took my Toyota camery on saturday, sometimes it would not start. I thought it was the stater. Alex took my car in and check the battery and starter. It turned out to be it was just my battery, Alex was very honest. I will be taking my car back for any other repairs. Thanks Alpha Tire.
