This guy STOLE 5k from me. Claimed he needed materials money to put in a system for me and my client (I’m a GC). He had nothing but excuses and never installed the system and kept the money. That was two years ago. He’s a real thief! He won’t respond here cause he knows it’s true. He can’t even deny it. Happy to post our text exchange of his claims to make me whole and getting the money back to me. I will change my review when he returns my stolen money.
Jack and his team were very professional and completed a full replacement of my HVAC System. Jack performed the most professional tests to verify the correct size we needed, they installed a vapor barrier and encapsulated my crawl space and installed a new Dehumidifier. My home has never felt this comfortable and smelled this good in over 20 years I've owned this home. Can't say enough good things about Jack and his team. Our AC went out two weeks ago in the midst of the hot, humid Georgia summer. Jack came out within 24 hours to diagnose the problem. He was able to "bandaid" it until the new system arrived ready to be installed. A few days later, Jack and his team came back to install the new unit. They were so professional that they even put down tarps throughout the house so they would not get any of the hardwoods or carpets dirty while removing the old AC unit. This guy is a joke. Worst business I have ever dealt with in my life. He installed a system incorrectly (he was hired by my contractor). He refuses to return calls. He refuses to fix work. DO NOT USE THIS JOKE OF A COMPANY!!! I have started the process with legal attorney's to take him to court and I am working with the county to have his license revoked.
The owner Jack walked us through the problem with great details and explained our options again with great detail. We chose to use him in the replacement of our upstairs system. He was great and the system works better than ever. We will use him in the future. Highly recommended!!
