Got the AlphaTech information from LG as an authorized 3rd party repair. Tech came out on 8/3 after the first call. It was a warranty repair but during the diagnose another error came up. Tech didn't have the part about ordered it and was to come back the next day. Agreed upon the price which included the service fee. Paid the service fee and setup the appoint for the next day. Aaron was our service tech and I appreciated the fact he listened to me about the problem with the refrigerator, rather than dismissing me. He was kind, professional and explained what he was doing to the fridge so I would actually know what was being replaced.
