Swapped my brand new load bars for there bent load bars. In another words they stole from me
This was one of the most frustrating customer experiences I’ve ever had. When I tried to return a product, the company charged me a fee that added up to more than 75% of the item’s value. In my opinion, that kind of policy is outrageous and feels completely predatory. No reasonable customer would expect to lose that much money just for attempting a return. Buyer beware. This merchant has refused a refund for items I do not have in my possession. The merchant wants to walk away with $400 of my money, when they have their product in their possession. Free to resell. Do not patronize this shady business.
