We had Alpha Storm Solutions take a look at our roof after some storm damage and they walked us through the process. Having never worked with our homeowners insurance on a claim before, these guys helped make sure everything was in order. Our roof was done in a timely manner and looks great. Definitely recommend. Jim Donahue and Doug were friendly, accommodating, and professional.

Nate got everything going the first day we met. He and Cody I mainly dealt with they checked in with me about when the work would be done, and around the October rain and windy fall weather. They came out to check up on the work performed and dealing with insurance and the adjuster they made it so easy and stress free. I'm very happy with how it worked out I highly recommend them.
Bryan Massey and Cody Gray were absolutely great to work with! 10 stars for the customer service they both provided. The crew that did the work were amazing as well. Super friendly, respectful and hard working. Roofing nails are always a challenge on removal. The team did great cleaning up all of the debris and multiple sweeps with magnets to get the nails.
