Friendly owners. Workers got the roof done beautifully and quick, just 8 hours for a tear off and reroofed.
The team did a great job, from tear down to installing new roof, and including clean up. Bryan was amazing with his knowledge and working with the Insurance Co. Made sure Job was a done as promised. My son who is a contractor in another state, while visiting me, said what a great professional job that Bryan had his team did.
Doug is great! I got my roof, gutters, soffit and fascia done in Bolingbrook! He got it all done for just my deductible! I only had 3 meetings with him: an inspection, job button up & a final walk around. He made it very clear and simple. They’re rated A+ with the BBB and they’re local so if anything comes up they can help! That was 4 years ago and it’s still perfect! Doug also did the roof, gutters, soffit and fascia on my new home in Sheridan. Amazing company!
Doug and Bradley showed up on May 14, 2025 because they saw some storm damage on our roof from the street. They were saying that our whole roof needed replacement. I was dubious, but we filed a claim with our insurance anyway while the Alpha reps were there. Doug was disappointed when he found out that our assigned agent wasn't someone that he knew that would "play ball" when it came to accepting claims.
