Doug and Bradley showed up on May 14, 2025 because they saw some storm damage on our roof from the street. They were saying that our whole roof needed replacement. I was dubious, but we filed a claim with our insurance anyway while the Alpha reps were there. Doug was disappointed when he found out that our assigned agent wasn't someone that he knew that would "play ball" when it came to accepting claims. This was beyond an infuriating experience without question. To give you an idea, let us start from the beginning. In May there was a rather large hailstorm in my area which left my siding looking shredded. I contacted Alpha Storm Solutions. I gotta tell you that their salesmen ship is top notch... I am talking used car salesmen, the ones that wear a fancy suit and talk like they know everything. After they had me sign a letter of intent, it went downhill very fast.
