Called and set up an appointment with rep to get estimate for soffit and window wrap .On April 22nd a rep came out and did measurements.Rep said someone would call soon with estimate.It is now May 9th and I have not heard anything from this company.No faith in this business.UPDATE:After their reply to this review,called twice and left message.Have not returned any of my calls.Run from this disaster!!!
Seeking repair work(wood repair) painting,and soffits installation, since these are services offered on the website.The sales guy Ed, started with the most silly and straight out BS behavior and consulting. Ed "so you want allumauim wrapping (?)", Soffits only come in allumauim material". Totally disappointed with Alpha Solutions. They knock my door to offer an inspection after an hail storm. I let them do the inspection and was told that definitely the roof and rain gutters need to be replace. I trust their judgment and let them summit the claim. After all this, the Insurance adjuster set up appointment to come and look it at it. Once both of them do the inspection they don't see anything wrong and nothing gets approved. I don't understand why I was told the first time that the roof and gutters were damaged.
We had Alpha Storm Solutions take a look at our roof after some storm damage and they walked us through the process. Having never worked with our homeowners insurance on a claim before, these guys helped make sure everything was in order. Our roof was done in a timely manner and looks great. Definitely recommend. Jim Donahue and Doug were friendly, accommodating, and professional.
