RecommendedI've had sleep studies done in the past and wouldn't have called any of them particularly positive experiences. My husband had a sleep study done recently at Alpha sleep labs. He has PTSD and was extremely uncomfortable with the thought of being watched as he slept. In fact, he's avoided having a study done for years because of it. The tech was amazing and very knowledgeable. The rooms were nice and the bed was comfy.
