Totally furious with this company. The only thing they have demonstrated to me is a total lack of caring towards their patients. Once they get your money, your done and they no longer care. They don't answer requests for help, give out wrong information and act in an irresponsible manner.
Have had no problems with this company. They have help address some insurance coverage issues I had very quickly. Sleep study was very efficient and professional.
Horrible service. Avoid them like a pledge when possible.
When I first started with this outfit they were great and seemed like a sharp company. But after my initial order, this company has had a really tough time fulfilling re-orders for supplies of my CPAP machine. Each six months, I must order a new CPAP mask and filters and once a year new tubing. For three years now, I continue to have problems with customer service and cannot get a returned phone call from these guys.
