I contacted Alpha Service for help with renewing my Iranian passport, and I had a great experience. The person I spoke with, Amir, was extremely helpful and guided me clearly and professionally without charging any extra fees. I called three times, and each time he was patient and supportive, helping me complete everything on my own. Even though they could have taken over the process and charged for it, they didn’t, which I truly appreciate. Highly recommended!
He doesn’t know his job!! He has no knowledge about it ! I wished I would have done it myself
