I’ve had a good experience with the dental care itself — the staff are professional, appointments run on time, and the treatment was well done. However, I’ve consistently faced issues with the payment and refund process. The clinic requires full upfront payment, promising a refund within 2–3 days after processing insurance claims. Had an emergency and went here. The receptionists were welcoming, the dentist was friendly, and the procedure was quick.
They have a excellent customer service and Dr. Aaron Tsay and his assistent Dongyoeb gave a wonderful service and they showed consern !! Very good clinic
