This is a follow up to my review done previously. I just had another company come and fix the leak in the windows. Both windows were not installed properly. The company that fixed the windows provided photographs that the glass in the frame was not PGT glass (the glass was stamped with another company name). Hence my warranty with PGT is not valid. The glass in the PGT frame was made by another company. This is FRAUD................. Again, I highly recommend you DO NOT USE this company for anything
Alpha Screen, Door & Window Corp. Buyer Be Ware. I used this business to perform multiple repairs and replacements of windows, patio door and screen. The materials used seem to be inferior, in that some replacement parts failed in a time period that represents only 1/10 of the time that the original manufactures parts lasted. Simply stated, the replacement parts were not of the quality to insure long term satisfaction. Customer service or customer appreciation does not appear to be a priority with this establishment.
