Jason is one the most exceptional people I have ever worked with. I had an issue with my inverter a few months back and had a conversation with him. I let him know everything that was going on and he walked me through what to do. I did not need to repair at that time, but then months later I needed an actual replacement due to a product failure. I would highly recommend Jason and Alpha RV Repair. We had problems with our AC in our Motorcoach. Jason called me back immediately after I left a message. He came out the next day as promised and figured out that our fans had broken. He ordered the parts and came back and installed the fans as soon as they came in. OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Jason did a great job cleaning and inspecting my Dad's travel trailer. It was easy to schedule the appointment, he confirmed the day before and also communicated the day of if he could arrive early. He did quality work, the travel trailer looks brand new. He gave me suggestions how to keep it maintained and some repairs that are needed. I will definitely have Alpha RV Repair back to do some more work.
Jason completed the extensive water damage repair on our travel trailer quickly and efficiently. I am very pleased with the finished work. He went above and beyond my expectations. The price was fair, especially when compared to the estimate from the local RV dealership. I highly recommend him to anyone needing RV service or repair. 5 stars!
Asked him to come out March 1 to recoat the top of my rv. He came.and said instead he could just repair the leak and so I paid him to do that. The rv sits underneath an overhang and so we pulled it out last week. Today after the rain we walked in to water dripping and floors flooded. Disgusted. Can't het a hold.of him. Do not hire this guy please. I hired him because of the positive reviews and look where I am now. Wanted to post pictures.
