We called Victor close to midnight after being ghosted by another company. Him and his team showed up and stayed cleaning up a flooded room that went from the 2nd floor to the 1st until almost 3am. He came the next day and installed fans. He fixed our situation and calmed us down at the same time. He was always on time, professional and 10 days later we can’t even tell this accident happened.

When we had water overflow from our second floor down into our master bedroom and bathroom on February 11, it was one of those moments you hope you never experience. Victor and Alpha Royalty Restoration did an amazing job with restoring my home from a burst pipe. They arrived at my house within 30 minutes and in the middle of the night. I can truly say they are a 24/7 business from experience. Not only did they know what they were doing but they help me navigate the tricky insurance process. If you live in Lewisville, Tx or anywhere nearby I would recommend you give Alpha Royalty a call. If I ever have another water leak, I would definitely be giving them a call again.
