I had leaking vent gasket on my roof. I got on their website to set up an appointment. Got a call the same day and set up a time to come out and look at it. Alpha came out today to look at my leaking vent gasket on the roof. They called ahead of time to let me know they were 15 out. Showed up in 15 min and looked at the issue. Went on the roof and fixed it right away same day. I had a few nails backing out on flashing that I asked if they could hammer back in. They did that and even put silicone over the nail holes.
