We had Alpha Roofing come to our house to give us their opinion of our roof condition. They sent a gentleman named Gil, and when I say gentleman I mean it with full respect. He was able to show us our roofs short comings and did not try to sugar coat it. A real professional. I would recommend this company every day of the week.
I am quite disappointed with my recent experience with Alpha Roofing and Cladding. After reaching out to them about a possible leak on a roof they installed back in 2009, I had to wait over three weeks for a site visit. The roof was still under manufacturers warranty, and I made alpha aware of this when I initially contacted them. I contacted them several times to try to find out when they would come out to assess the area and there was no mention of a service fee for the site visit during this communication.
