We leased commercial space from Alpha Roofing & Sheet Metal, LLC. On May 4, 2026, we received written confirmation that our keys had been received, all move-out conditions had been satisfied, and that our $9,000 security deposit would be remitted to the forwarding address we provided. Called the office to speak with someone to provide a quote for metal roof repair. Was provided a number to call for a project manager, Ed Johnson, no answer nor able to leave a message. Called the office back, was provided another phone number to Marcine P, he directed me to call Ed Johnson. Not one time did the receptionist offer to take a message to get to the correct person to even answer my questions.
