Called the office to speak with someone to provide a quote for metal roof repair. Was provided a number to call for a project manager, Ed Johnson, no answer nor able to leave a message. Called the office back, was provided another phone number to Marcine P, he directed me to call Ed Johnson. Not one time did the receptionist offer to take a message to get to the correct person to even answer my questions.
