I used alpha roofing to have my roof replace through insurance. They replaced the roof and everything seemed completed and they were paid. 3 months after paid in full( june2020) I had an area of about 3-4 shingles detach from the house. I notified Shane (the owner) and he sent Cody out to replace the shingles. About 6 months later I had more shingles detach. When I called Shane he would not return my calls. I definitely enjoyed my whole experience with this company. I was worried about my roof after a bad storm came through a few weeks ago. Tyler and Abbi was highly recommended to me from a friend. I gave them a call and they where more than happy to come out and inspect my roof. My work hours are hectic they worked around my schedule and was able to come at moments notice for the inspection.
