Josh Burnett and Alpha Roofing did an outstanding job replacing our roof. They were thorough and contentious and responsive to our every request. The roof looks great and they took special care not to damage our windows and air conditioning units.
Had a great experience with Josh and Alpha Roofing. Had a leaking roof and expected to have to purchase a new one. Josh came out and said hey we can patch this no problem. He put us on the schedule and even came out personally before our scheduled repair date, to get us taken care of before the next rain. They’ll be our go to from now on! Highly recommend!!
Very professional staff and roofing crew. Would highly recommend this company. In fact, it’s the only one I would use moving forward!
Alpha Roofing is a first class operation. The way they handled their business from the very first time they stepped on the property to the minute they left was superb. Joe Wiles, the project manager, was knowledgeable, intelligent, very conversational and quite patient with all the questions I had. Can’t say enough about how great a job they did and a very competitive price as well.
I really wish you would have identified my dormer windows didnt have proper step flashing that was the cause of my leaks. Instead you came out 3 times and did other work (that didnt stop the leak). Now I have to get a roof repair company out a 4th time to get it done correctly. Just adding more and more caulk doesnt fix the problem!!
