So unprofessional and their properties are not well maintained. Absolutely not. Never again.
I had an appointment to tour an apartment with Alpha recently. They did not show up for our appointment, did not respond to my calls or messages when I tried contacting them. I looked online and the apartment we were meeting about was no longer available. I had to leave work to go to that appointment, the very least you should be able to expect is a message or phone call to cancel our appointment and let me know that I shouldn't come. Extremely unprofessional behavior. Will definitely not be renting from them.
Please DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE! The office ladies are absolutely rude, minus one. Not only that the place is completely disgusting and they will charge you for any damages that were on the property before you signed. Example being they charged me for a broken screen on a window that was already busted when I moved in. Had pictures and everything of all the damages and they wouldn’t even hear me out.
