Walked in and first thing we see is what looks like a party, young child dancing maybe 10 years old. Artist says he can’t do details and was drinking a beer.

Cartoon did a cover for me and 2 more tatts for my boyfriend. Couldn’t be more happy with how they turned out. He took his time and was very professional. Prices were great as well. Will definitely go back for my next tatt. Thank you Toon.
