Absolutely THE WORST landlords in the state of Montana. Do not rent from the Devoe's or Alpha Real Estate under any circumstance. These people do not care at all for the well being of their tenants.
"hated it" sums it up well. I had no problems with the deoves until it came time for them to release my deposit. These people are dishonest slum lords incapable of understanding what a verbal contract is or the ability to stand up to their obligations when looking someone in the eye, shaking their hand, and giving their word. I was asked to leave early. I did. I did everything asked of me. They refused to return my rent due and crawled around their duty to live up to their word. Absolutely THE WORST landlords in the state of Montana. Do not rent from the Devoe's or Alpha Real Estate under any circumstance. These people do not care at all for the well being of their tenants.
The folks who own this are old school straight forward business men. If you communicate with them they will treat you very well. They love their properties and while their properties are old they are well maintained with free internet and cable. If you get to know the landlords they will become very friendly and take a personal interest in you. I am very disappointed with my overall experience at Alpha East Apartments. I lived there for two years in two different apartments. The second apartment was on the creek, and that was the only good thing about it. The stairs were falling off the wall, a light switch stopped working and would shock me anytime I touched it, the curtains were dirty and created allergies I didn't know I had.
