Fan broke 1 year, 3 months after install. Harry Lehman, noted as President, states it was still covered under warranty, but would be a $150 fee to replace. I believe if it was new, the fan should have lasted longer than that; and they should stand behind their work. I ultimately agreed to the fee as it needed to be fixed after spending quite a bit to install a now not working system. Over 5 email requests from both me and my husband, multiple phone calls, with no response.
Company was thorough, communicative, and very affordable. Alex got my radon mitigation system installed quickly and was great to do business with. Would highly recommend
