I have difficulty getting hold of people at front desk. I leave messages and don’t get call back. I didn’t get the login for my virtual until I called and left a message. I have been with Alpha for many years. I don’t call often.
The actual providers are great, but the administrative staff I've interacted with (except for Alicia) come across as unprofessional, poorly-trained, and, on occasion, rude.
I meet with Mrs. Carleah Johnson, and she listened to me without cutting me off. She is from P- Town so that made it easy for me to unpack my stories without judgement. Sometimes when you say I’m from Portsmouth people’s face change or they repeat “you live in Portsmouth “? She was proud to say I live in Portsmouth! It’s the smallest things that can make you feel safe ☺️
