Good experience. The provider provided service that was in the best interest of my family.
Dr BK is knowledgeable, professional and caring. This appt. Was actually scheduled for 1wk from today at the same time. I happened to be on my phone so I was able to log on and be seen. This is not the first time this has happened. This appt. was scheduled because my previous appointment had been cancelled by the office without notice to me and with no explanation. I have learned to repeat myself when scheduling and call back at a later time to confirm.
Great practice and very attentive to me and my problems. Will be going back.
My mum had a wonderful experience here. Dr. Keesha is both deeply empathetic and highly professional, and every staff member was exceptionally welcoming and respectful. The office environment is calm, cozy, and inviting.
