Audrey is wonderful!!
Their provider Ada Nwankudu is awful and should be fired and/or removed from the profession. When I complained about Ada and asked to be switched to another provider, the office manager told it was the policy of the practice not to allow switching providers and that I should seek care elsewhere. Only after I made an official complaint in writing was I offered the ability to see a more senior provider, most likely because they realized how horrible my care had been. Stay as far away from this practice as possible. They will not listen to your concerns and they will violate your HIPPA rights. They are being reported to the board for inappropriate actions and for violation of HIPPA. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions.
