If you are a tenant, please be aware that they will keep your deposit or $ from it without telling you why. I just moved from a home in spartanburg. I have had little to no communication from them regarding refunding my deposit. my calls and texts go unanswered and unreturned. very unproffesional to say the least. THINK TWICE BEFORE LEASING WITH THESE FOLKS.
I've used this company for 3 years and they have lived up to every word in my contract for my tenants! Thanks you for making sure my home is taken care of!
I wouldn't even give this place a one star they are ridiculous! I just recieved what was left from my security deposit, I was supposed to receive a $1,325 check instead it is $692.69 short, alpha claimed all carpets were cleaned, but yet when I lived in the home we used our own rugs in EVERY SINGLE ROOM there was never any reason for a carpet cleaning, and even when we just moved in carpets weren't 100% cleaned you were still able to see the wear in the carpets where tenants before us had their couches sitting around, yet we... read more
