We purchased a dustless grinder from alpha tools thinking it was quality because it was twice the amount of money and the name alpha PROFESSIONAL right? Well, we hardly used the tool, it broke one week after warranty.. They told us even if under warranty it would not have been covered. They estimated the cost of repair to be under $80 on phone by explaining the problem. Once they received it they took a month to respond with a quote of $200 dollars and $35 shipping not included.
