David and his associate worked diligently to evaluate and to properly snake my home’s sewer blockage and they were very thorough in their evaluation and assessment. He wasn’t able to get to the blockage due to that it turned out that it was a blockage in the “manhole city sewer” and the last homeowner’s must have had their contractors put plaster and concrete down the Homeowners inside lines during a remodeling job that caused the blockage. Great workmanship, good communication, honest people. Had a small break in my main sewer line. Called around and Alpha had a competitive price so scheduled everything up. After digging to fix this break, they found a huge root that had cracked the line a good ways under the house. Even though I was kind of in a tight spot now, they offered a very good price to fix all of the new issues. They showed me the camera and everything they found.
