A persistent leak was causing damage behind our kitchen wall, and after two prior appointments with different plumbers who couldn't find the source, this plumber managed to locate the issue using advanced detection equipment in under an hour. He fixed the problem quickly by replacing a faulty section of pipe, and we haven't had any leaks since.
I was initially concerned about their ability to locate the leak's source quickly, but they found it within 30 minutes and had it repaired efficiently without causing any additional damage. The plumber was careful to explain the issue with the aging pipes and completed everything in just under two hours.
I've worked with Alpha Plumbing and they have never disappointed. Their communication is excellent—they answer all my calls, emails, and questions promptly. Pricing is fair, and their notes are always detailed. On occasions when something is outside their scope, they provide great referrals as well. Their work is consistently great and efficient. Highly recommend!
Fixed my disposal quickly and professionally. Impressive!
They were always friendly and hardworking. They did not leave until we were completely satisfied with the faucet installation. I will not hesitate calling them with anything I need!
