Good doctor
Have been going to Dr Azher for 20 years or so. She is wonderful. Her front desk is efficient and friendly.
DO NOT COME HERE if you value your time or want to feel listened to. The wait times are excessive, and the care feels rushed and dismissive. I consistently feel like I have to defend or justify my concerns instead of being supported. It’s emotionally draining to leave appointments feeling unheard and brushed off. On top of that, there is very poor follow-through with things like forms and requests, even after multiple reminders. She has no bed side manner. Everything is a fight with her. DO NOT COME HERE. This has been one of the most upsetting healthcare experiences I’ve had. I wait endlessly, at times over an hour, EVEN WITH AN APPOINTMENT just to be rushed where I don’t feel heard at all. My concerns are often dismissed, and getting help feels unnecessarily difficult.
