WOW!! You really get your money's worth!! The workout coaches are very professional and energetic. They really keep you moving. They are great with the beginners and the seasoned members. The owner Neal has a real smooth operations going on in Columbia.
I'm really enjoying the experience I'm having with my personal trainer "Boozer". He's amazing! I definitely reccomend trying this gym out!
Good positive people growing and helping others is what its all about highly recommended
