They did not use the proper sealant, traps were not correct. It is costing me extra money to remove the foam that was used. The so called one way traps were just an exit/enter for all kinds of rodents. I wasted $750 by using them. I was told once they would come the next day, waited all day. No one came or called. I called them several times never returned calls.
