I've used uhaul trucks several times with no issues. However this time lacked any customer service. I booked through the app for a truck and appliance hand truck. After driving 10 miles to get the truck I found a utility hand truck in the back Instead. I’ve been trying to make a payment for my unit for the last two days. Only to get on the phone with several UhAul representatives to say they can’t help me. All I want to do is make a payment and know my valuable items are safe. This run around is making me frustrated.
New guy did a awesome job. Great customer service and pleasant.
Had a Online Reservation and the Very Rude Man Working has made his own rules for Renting Uhauls...He kept cutting my Husband Off while he was talking and Refused to take Cash or our Debit/Credit Card because it was our Mobile Card because we are waiting on our New Card to come in the Mail. We had Our License and Our Bank Card on Our Mobile App.He made us feel like the fact that we were a multiracial couple is why he treated us this way.I will make sure I tell everyone not to use this location...
