I've used uhaul trucks several times with no issues. However this time lacked any customer service. I booked through the app for a truck and appliance hand truck. I’ve been trying to make a payment for my unit for the last two days. Only to get on the phone with several UhAul representatives to say they can’t help me. All I want to do is make a payment and know my valuable items are safe. This run around is making me frustrated.
