Had a Online Reservation and the Very Rude Man Working has made his own rules for Renting Uhauls...He kept cutting my Husband Off while he was talking and Refused to take Cash or our Debit/Credit Card because it was our Mobile Card because we are waiting on our New Card to come in the Mail. We had Our License and Our Bank Card on Our Mobile App.He made us feel like the fact that we were a multiracial couple is why he treated us this way.I will make sure I tell everyone not to use this location...
Employee was helpful and answered questions when asked even the smallest of one
This is the worst U-Haul rental location! The customer service is trash! According to the website, the location closes at 1 PM, but I received a call at 11:45 AM saying they couldn't dispatch U-Hauls after 12 PM. When I told the person that the website said they closed at 1 PM, they said they couldn't help and didn't care about assisting people! I had to go find a U-Haul at a different location.
Extremely clean! Very nice place and the staff was very helpful and very friendly.
