Talk about the easiest way to rent a house. Maggie stayed in contact with me during the entire initial process. Once we moved in, all of the kitchen appliances stopped working. Eric and his appliance specialist had everything taken care of quickly and efficiently. I have told several people about AOP, and will continue.
If you’re a college student looking to rent a house using AOP, I would continue looking. I had high hopes renting a home with this property management, but it was the worst experience I had living in BCS in many years. Tamra was a rude and unpleasant. Eric, the maintenance team was the worst I’ve ever experienced. The house was horribly managed and I would never ever recommend this property management to anyone, if anything I’ve warned them.
I've been working with AOP for 9 years, and have always loved the way they take care of their clients. Whether it's a property owner or renter, the team truly cares for people and goes above and beyond to make everyone happy. I've recommended many friends to Alpha-Omega, and will continue to do so.
