I have very mixed feelings about the quality of work Alpha Omega offers. We recently bought a house in Asheville that we are restoring. The old exterior paint on the home was peeling very badly, horribly faded, doors peeling, etc. We got 4 different quotes for the repainting of the exterior. Having Alpha Omega paint your house is one of the best decision's you can make. Alpha Omega is energetic, makes every customer's painting experience pleasant, offers the option to have a consultant give color selection advice, use the best paint products, and doesn't drive away until you, the customer, is happy, satisfied and pleased.
We had our house stained by Alpha Omega and we love it! They did a great job and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. Very prompt and professional we would absolutely recommend them to any one.
Communication, professionalism, and the integrity to ensure things were made right when there were unexpected outcomes are the things that most stand out from our experience with Alpha Omega. We chose the absolute darkest color (Tricorn Black) for our home’s exterior, and we all learned that painting a house black in full sun on one of the hottest days of the year can lead to unexpected and unwanted results. James reassured me at each step that things would be made right, and they did everything possible to do just that.
