Found these guys online as my dreaded home insurance renewal was pending. Rates keep going up and everyone sends fake estimates telling you they can get ridiculous rates and then waste your time by not even getting close to what their mailer said. Alan is a professional. He knows the business and works for YOU not just for himself. He gave me an estimate then made some adjustments to get me better coverage at a lower rate than my renewal. I called today and worked with Alan Coleman. I like the way these people do business - prompt, friendly, and professional. Alan is the single best insurance person I've ever worked with. While he was not able to find me a better priced policy than what I had, he made sure to check every possible option and every insurance company to see if there was any alternative.
