Avoid .Did a fantastic job on the first project installing a new boiler. Was so pleased with the boiler installation, decided to hire them again for a second project, for the installation of split systems. Unlike the first time, the communication for the second project was spotty. Firstly, it took many many phone calls and texts to get them to reply, and then they would keep making appointments and not show up. Always efficient - always there when you need them - have been serviced by them for years and can’t say enough about their dedication and expertise!
I’ve had a terrible experience with this company. I can only give it a three on the install and a big fat for customer care. There’s something very wrong with this company.
Alpha Omega installed a new furnace after ours gave up. It took them one day to try and fix the old one and one day to come and install a new one (on a saturday no less!). Communication was clear and constant during the period, the work was done professionally and quickly, all questions answered and a clear maintenance plan created. I am very happy with their work and recommend it to others.
