Avoid .Did a fantastic job on the first project installing a new boiler. Was so pleased with the boiler installation, decided to hire them again for a second project, for the installation of split systems. Always efficient - always there when you need them - have been serviced by them for years and can’t say enough about their dedication and expertise!
I’ve had a terrible experience with this company. I can only give it a three on the install and a big fat for customer care. There’s something very wrong with this company.
Alpha Omega installed a new furnace after ours gave up. It took them one day to try and fix the old one and one day to come and install a new one (on a saturday no less!). Communication was clear and constant during the period, the work was done professionally and quickly, all questions answered and a clear maintenance plan created. I am very happy with their work and recommend it to others.
Came highly recommended by neighbors, and Al was great. Fixed my heater and we are no longer freezing, thank you.
