Our furnace finally gave out (we knew it was approaching end of life 1996 unit) and as every home owner should, we shopped around for multiple estimates. After considering everything (warranty, timeline, products used) we decided to go with Alpha and Omega. An HVAC tech Chris came out for our initial service call and he outlined every repair and offered his professional recommendation on next steps. The next day we had our new furnace running! Thank you to the whole team that assisted us— Jonny, Jaime, Chris and Gonzalo.
We had Alpha & Omega install a brand new HVAC unit. We called them because our system stopped working and they came over the next day. Our new system was installed the next day after they came out. They were very professional, friendly and polite. Their prices are also very reasonable. I have recommended them to family and friends.
WAY TO GO ALPHA AND OMEGA!! Alpha and Omega installed a new central air system in my home. They are very organized. One team removed and another installed within hours with no issues. I reached out to them to clean my furnace and to replace my humidifier. Once again, I’m very pleased!!! Gonzalo came today demonstrating a high level of expertise replacing the humidifier and showing me how to replace the filter when needed.
I had no heat in my new place. It had gotten down to about 40 degrees - I was panicking. we placed a call to Alpha& Omega for services early in the morning, but they were already booked solid with a large amount of no heat calls. The young lady in reception was so kind, she was honest about their busy schedule but assured me they would try to get to me that day. She kept me updated, throughout the day and that meant a lot!
